ONLINE, click on any ORDER NOW link.  We have temporarily suspended online ordering. When we resume, you will be welcome to use your credit card to order.

BY MAIL, send your name, address, city, state, and zip code along with your phone number and e-mail address (in case we have any questions about your order).

Please specify the ITEM & QUANTITY desired along with sizes and styles if applicable.

Include payment made out to OHP, Inc. along with shipping and handling charges.  We accept Mastercard credit cards (on non-bath items) as well as checks and money orders. We reserve the right to refuse service.

All Hinoki bath item orders of $500 or less must be accompanied by check, money order, cashier's check, or cash in full. Orders over $500 have the option of sending half payment with the order and the blance prior to shipment.

All custom orders require a fifty percent (50%) non-refundable down-payment with the remaining amount due upon completion of order and prior to shipment.
